Certified copies of the biographical pages of the current passports or travel documents of all people included in the application (these are the pages with the holder's photo and personal details and the issue/expiry dates). Include copies of all pages that contain visas and stamps.
Note: your passport must have at least six months left before the expiry date.

If Trip is sponsored by someone else (other than applicant himself/herself): Financial Documents of Sponsor- Sponsorship letter, Proof of occupation, Salary Slips, bank statements and ITR copies and ID relationship proofs.

•    Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerar

Employed Applicants:

a) NOC Letter signed from your employer - stating your position and salary, Date of joining, length of employment, confirming your leave of absence and the name and contact details of the person providing the letter.
b) Salary slips-last 06 months 

Self –Employed:

a) Articles of Association, Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director), GST/Registration and NOC from other Directors, if more than one director in company/Proof of proprietorship/ Letter from Bankers and GST Registration/ Import / Export License (if applicable)/ Partnership deed, GST Registration and NOC from other partners, if trip is funded by the company
b) Company ITR for last 3yrs 
c) Company Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s stamp clearly
d) Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy

MANDETORY DOCUMENTS:

• Aplicants Family members ID like Passport/ Aadhar or PAN card

• Covering Letter (on Company’s letterhead if self employed) from applicant stating his name,
designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the
Embassy (Group and individual both)

• A letter from your employer – stating your position, length of employment and confirming your intended role and reason for conducting business in Australia and educational qualifications and what travel costs your employer will cover.

• A letter of invitation from host organisation in Australia on Company's letterhead with purpose of the trip (vacation, business visitor, seminar, event) Host's information: Full name, date of birth, address, phone number, current occupation, plane of meeting/confrence or other.

• Conference registration details.
• Educational or professional qualifications.
• Your current employment and your role during your visit to Australia
• Details of previous contacts with Australian business people or organisations in Australia.(if have)

• Your itinerary, with contact details of the business parties involved.

If Trip is sponsored by organization (other than applicant himself/herself):

• Sponsorship letter from organization (with Invitee person name, address, Contact no.and Email Id) by mentioning applicant’s name passport no. and travel details will be required

Note- The visa processing time is around 4 weeks (depends on applicant’s profile and vary also) so please plan your travel accordingly.

• It is important to provide evidence that you have sufficient funds for your personal support during your stay in Australia and document that encourage you to return to your home country.
• Health check mandatory for those who are: a) Over the age of 75 yrs; b) Staying in Australia for over 6 months; c) Entering a hospital/ nursing home; 
• Overseas Health Insurance will be required at the time of travelling.
